• If you want control panel in your right click then go to regedit then go to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\Background\shell then right click on shell and create a new key name “Control Panel” then on control panel rght click  and again create a new key name “command”  then open command on right side you will its value right click on it and click on modify then enter this rundll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL its done and to delete this simply delete the values you created.

• To use keyboard as a mouse just press left shift +left alt+num lock and press yes. Then + key will be right mouse button and check your numpad for left click to reverse it just press left shift +left alt+num lock again
